Exchanges

We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days to request an exchange since you receive the shipment.

Items purchased from POSHMAN must be returned in perfect and unused condition, free of deterioration, stains, smell or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. Items must also be returned in their original packaging including all labels and possible items included as part of the packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that exchanges are only available for orders for mainland Spain, Balearic Islands and Portugal and that *only one exchange will be free of charge. For orders with destination Europe without including mainland Spain, Balearic Islands and Portugal, there is no possibility of processing a change of product or size. In order to process an exchange, the customer must return the purchased item and make a new purchase of the desired item on the website. To start an exchange, you can contact us at poshmancompany@gmail.com and we will be happy to help you.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can check what the matter is and arrange a replacement as soon as possible!

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days to request a return since you receive the shipment.

Please take note that returns will run at customer expense, who must pay the same amount of shipping to return the item as he/she paid to purchase the item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 Recommendation

We recommend all customers who are not from mainland Spain and Balearic islands, to ask us at poshmancompany@gmail.com in case they have any doubts regarding sizes, so that they do not have any problems once they receive the product.

My Order Didn't Arrive What Should I Do?

If after the time indicated in the shipping policy for each country you have not received your order, contact us at poshmancompany@gmail.com indicating your order number and we will review the tracking.

How Many Days Do I Have To Request A Return?
